Welcome to Lennane Landscapes & Construction Ltd. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Quotes

All quotes are free unless otherwise stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Acceptance of Quotes

Acceptance of a quote may be made in writing, by email, text message, or by instructing us to begin work.

Pricing

Quoted prices are based on the agreed scope of work. Any changes requested after acceptance may result in additional charges.

Variations

If unforeseen circumstances arise (such as hidden underground services, unstable ground, weather delays or changes requested by the client), we will discuss any additional costs before proceeding where practicable.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit may be required before work begins.
Progress payments may apply for larger projects.
Final payment is due within 7 days of invoice.

Late payments may incur collection costs and interest where permitted by law.

Materials

Unless otherwise stated, materials remain the property of Lennane Landscapes & Construction Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Access

The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site throughout the project.

Weather

Work may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions without penalty.

Warranties

We take pride in our workmanship. Any concerns regarding completed work should be raised within 14 days so they can be assessed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Lennane Landscapes & Construction Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
